Nationally competing in Gymnastics, Springboard and Platform diving, Cheerleading and Martial Arts, health and fitness have always been a major part of his lifestyle. Working professionally in LA, ATL and MIA as a hip hop dancer/teacher/choreographer he attributes his longevity for both dance and athletics to this yoga practice! He is excited to embark on this new journey and chapter in life of teaching and healing lives, while having a GROOVY TIME!

Soha Panah

I grew up Orange County, California and at a very young age I found
myself loving movement and exercise. I was enrolled in every type of
activity and loved it. After undergoing scoliosis surgery, I turned to
dance because it was one of the few activities I was "allowed" to do.
After putting on my first pair of jazz shoes it was love at first
pirouette. I loved the energy, the music and the release I was able
to feel after every rehearsal. I was lucky enough to dance
competitively on a team for 5 years. I went on to teach Turbo Kickboxing (think high energy choreography) which allowed me to feel a release that I missed so much.

Now, I teach Yoga barre, Yoga Sculpt and Power 1 Yoga.
All very different, but all of which I love. Each practice brings out a different intensity and release. I received my 200 hour RYT certification with Hot 8 Yoga, being one of the best experience to date.

In my classes, we aspire to inspire each other. We inhale strength as we exhale fear.
We commit. We Show Up. We push each other to find strength. To go beyond our normal limitations. I am a sucker for energy and I love to inspire people to push
themselves to a limit they do not think they can overcome. I promise
to bring the intensity, love and energy that will keep you coming
back for more. 110% ;)

Breathwork meditation is a means to totally reset your body and mind. Through focused intentional breathing, the practice helps discipline the overactive brain and clear out toxic energy, thoughts and emotions.

We begin class by setting a very clear intention. Using a two-part deep breathing technique, we tune into our own healing needs and abilities. The practice often aids in releasing unnecessary judgements, fears and expectations while opening the door to creativity and joy. Breathwork resets the nervous system, oxygenates the blood and releases endorphins similar to a "runners high."

Students often experience greater mental clarity, deep relaxation and bliss. Breathwork is a fast, effective way to heal your life and become fully present.

Wear comfortable clothing. This is a 60 minute non-heated class. Bring a yoga mat and eye pillow if you have one.
