She moved to the United States to study Fine Arts at USC, where she graduated in 2013 and has since worked in motion picture creative advertising. Her passion for yoga grew so strong that she was compelled to share her experience with others. Taking on a dramatic new focus in her life, Daniele achieved certification in Yoga Sculpt through Hot 8 Yoga. Lauren Rosen

Lauren Marissa Rosen has a strong affinity for music, which she discovered through dance at the age of 2. Lauren's parents encouraged her at a young age to keep dance a passion, while focusing on academics to maintain a healthy life balance. Lauren continued on the suggested path and currently spends her days working in the legal field. Taking dance classes remains a top priority, which she accomplishes during her free time.

Lauren learned that while it was a fantastic balance in theory, the body was not welcoming sitting at a computer all day, followed up by dancing. Lauren's dance teachers strongly encouraged her to try yoga. After taking a few classes around town, Lauren found Hot 8 Yoga and it was a match! The incredible improvements to Lauren's well being, plus the element the music brought to Lauren's practice, allowed her to slowly deepen her understanding of the benefits of yoga.

Lauren was encouraged by her Power Yoga teacher, Casey Layne Anderson, to embark on the Hot 8 Yoga 200 hour teacher training. After completion of the 200 hour training, it made perfect sense for Lauren to become certified in Yoga Sculpt, as that's where Lauren's energy and musicality could be best utilized.

Because of yoga, Lauren's dancing has improved tremendously. Lauren noticed a dramatic increase of focus in her career and everyday life. Most importantly, yoga provided her with a deeper understanding of the importance of self care and living each day to its fullest!

Lauren currently teaches Yoga Sculpt at the Beverly Hills location on Saturdays at 5pm and Sundays at 8am. Her primary intention as a teacher is to challenge students to push beyond their comfort zone. Lauren choreographs her classes in a manner that allows students to connect to the music during their practice, which offers them the opportunity to strengthen their coordination skills during the high intensity class. You will leave Lauren's class feeling accomplished and stronger, both mentally and physically!

Anne is not your traditional barre instructor, she uses a combination of cardio and dynamic strength training to get your heart pumping and sculpt your body to the core! Christina was born and raised in Montgomery, New York. She grew up on a small farm and led a very active lifestyle. Christina started running track and joined the swim team in middle school. Running became meditation for her and she was completely addicted all throughout college. When her knees and ankles became too injured to continue running, Christina turned to yoga for exercise. In no time, yoga became much more than just a work out. After less than a year of practicing, Christina took her first 200 hour yoga teacher training at NP Rock Yoga in New Paltz, NY. This life changing experience led her across the country to deepen her yoga practice in Los Angeles. She started practicing at Hot 8 Yoga daily and completed her yoga sculpt teacher training in March of 2017. Christina’s goal is to spread yoga, mindfulness, and fitness to her students and she teaches a fun, energetic class.

Judy started her yoga practice in 2010 as a way to stretch and complement her fitness routines. It wasn't until in 2013, when she first took her hot yoga class, that yoga became more than a just a "workout". She fell in love with how the heat allowed her to meditate deeper into the poses and silence her lower mind - something she never experienced elsewhere. Since then, she's cultivated a desire to delve deeper into yoga, which ultimately led her to complete the 200 YTT certification. She loves leading an energetic and challenging class. She invites you to come to her class with no expectations - you might surprise yourself as to what your body can achieve!

Her second passion besides yoga is being a proud dog parent. Currently, she lives by Mick Jagger's quote: "anything worth doing is worth over doing": because life is too short to not fully enjoy every moment.

Heather O'Neill Teacher

Heather Rebecca O'Neill began dancing at the age of four and can truly not remember a day without dance being in her life. Heather attended Orange County School of the Arts for high school as a dancer. She began teaching and choreographing at Kindorf Dancers in Cypress at the age of sixteen. This is when she truly began realizing her passion for teaching, crediting her own teachers who inspired her love for dance. Heather then decided to further her training in dance and choreography by attending California Institute of the Arts in Valencia, graduating in 2016 with her B.F.A. in dance. While practicing yoga for 7 years, it wasn't until college that Heather discovered her focus in Yoga Barre with the help of Nancy Norby and the amazing people at Hot 8 Yoga. Yoga Barre became an amazing complement for her dancing, helped with injuries from her dance career, and improved her everyday life. Just like in dance, Heather's passion grew from the amazing teachers at Hot 8 Yoga. Today she is excited to share that enthusiasm and her love of yoga barre with her students!
