Stephanie Bours

Stephanie has been practicing yoga since 2011. She picked up her love of yoga from her first heated Yoga Sculpt class. Her yoga practice has helped her grow stronger and develop self-love both on and off the mat. In her classes, she challenges you to build strength in the mind and body to help achieve your potential. Stephanie has been an athlete since her childhood playing various sports, including water polo at the college level. She is continuing to deepen her yoga practice by pursuing the 200-hour Power Yoga certification at Hot 8 Yoga, expected to be completed in 2018.

Raea Brauer

Rae Brauer is a yoga instructor and health/wellness coach based out of Los Angeles, CA. She teaches several styles of yoga and curates a variety of wellness workshops, but is mostly known for the meditative qualities of her Yin Yoga and Vinyasa classes, as well as her passion for fitness and plant-based foods. As a health coach, Rae hopes to shed light on the interconnectedness of the layers of mind, body, and spirit; while also working to transcend their limitations. Her offerings include: yoga instruction, guided meditation & sound therapy, personal fitness training, and plant-based cooking demos.

Milena Sarian

Milena developed a dedicated yoga practice in 2005 where she began to immediately notice the positive influence it brought to her life. She decided to leave her full time career in marketing to teach yoga full time in 2007 in order to share this gift with others.

Milena is an experienced yoga instructor who has had opportunities in teaching various styles of yoga and fitness including Hot Yoga, Power, Sculpt, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga and Restorative Yoga. She teaches in the Los Angeles area and has a wide range of students of all levels and backgrounds. "My goal as a teacher is to inspire my students to understand the mind-body-soul connection and to bring more joy into life."

Milena brings a light-hearted and compassionate quality to her fun, yet intense classes.

Janette Ramirez

Janette has always been an athlete (gymnast, track and field, collegiate cheerleader and diver, surfer). She now brings her love of music and movement to Hot 8 Yoga. Janette fell in love with yoga after the first few classes and knew right away she wanted to make the leap from student to instructor. Janette’s classes are high energy, caliente and intense! She plays a wide range of music from indie to dance to electronic. She encourages the class to lose themselves in the music and discover sexy sweaty strength.

Outside the studio, Janette can be found surfing, hiking or spending quality time with her adorable niece and nephew.

Janette is a Registered Yoga Teacher. She received her RYT 200 Certificate and 50 Hour Yoga Sculpt Certificate from Hot 8 Yoga in 2013/2014.

Robyn Briody

I am a Los Angeles native who has been practicing yoga regularly for years. After a serious injury due to a car accident, it was suggested of me to try hot yoga. I quickly realized that these classes not only had physical benefits, but the mental and spiritual benefits as well. Hot yoga heals me physically and emotionally.

Hot yoga is so much more than just fitness to me, It's a way of life. It allows me to connect to my mind, body, and spirt as well as get a killer work out. My practice continues to guide me to the person I am meant to be. Hot 8 yoga is my home away from home. The community and support continues to inspire me.

Cornelius Jones Jr.

Cornelius Jones Jr., E-RYT200, a natural born mover began his career sprinting alongside running backs on patchy football fields while pirouetting and harmonizing in Glee-like Show Choirs at concert halls, amid coming of age in Richmond, VA and Washington, DC. He attended The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA where he received a BFA in Musical Theater. Broadway bound, at the age of 22, was cast in his first Broadway show Thou Shalt Not, directed & choreographed by Tony award winner Susan Stroman. He then went on to perform as dancer & singer in the Broadway, 1st & 2nd National tour, Mexico, and Las Vegas companies of Disney’s The Lion King. It was at The University of the Arts where Cornelius first met Hatha Yoga, as a course requirement. At the beginning of his Lion King journey he discovered Bikram Yoga for physical recovery. His love for Hot Vinyasa Flow birthed after completing a rigorous Masters Degree and releasing an abusive intimate relationship, as way of mentally & physically detoxifying. He received his Vinyasa Power training through CorePower Yoga and his Yoga Sculpt and Yoga Barre training through Hot8 Yoga. An official E-RYT200, he's also First Aid/CPR certified through the American Heart Association. With Cornelius, a professionally trained dance and fitness entrepreneur, prepare yourself to not only sculpt, tone, and stretch the body, but also build on your natural physical vocabulary to free your body through prana & dance. Christina Garcia

Christina was born and raised in Montgomery, New York. She grew up on a small farm and led a very active lifestyle. Christina started running track and joined the swim team in middle school. Running became meditation for her and she was completely addicted all throughout college. When her knees and ankles became too injured to continue running, Christina turned to yoga for exercise. In no time, yoga became much more than just a work out. After less than a year of practicing, Christina took her first 200 hour yoga teacher training at NP Rock Yoga in New Paltz, NY. This life changing experience led her across the country to deepen her yoga practice in Los Angeles. She started practicing at Hot 8 Yoga daily and completed her yoga sculpt teacher training in March of 2017. Christina’s goal is to spread yoga, mindfulness, and fitness to her students and she teaches a fun, energetic class.

Chevonne Burton Laurent

Chevy developed a deep passion for athleticism, music, and movement at age 3, when she strapped on her first set of tap shoes. After years as a competitive dancer, the Michigan native moved to LA to earn her B.A. from LMU, and M.A. from USC. While working in corporate marketing and sales, Chevy found herself spending any free time she had in the pursuit of fitness. Ultimately she decided to leave her corporate career behind and take her passion to a new level, becoming a Yoga Alliance registered yoga instructor certified in hot power vinyasa and yoga sculpt, and soon after, a cycling instructor at SoulCycle. Committed to helping her students create a powerful mind-body connection that can be utilized both on and off the mat, Chevy's class can be described as upbeat, challenging, and fun.

Bradley Boleman

Bradley has been teaching yoga since 2014. Although before that he originally started doing yoga in 2008 from DVDs. At the time (2008) the stretches that yoga provided were great cross training stretches for dance. Although Bradley didn’t really get into the meditative/spiritual side of the practice, till 2014 when he did his first yoga class in Los Angeles. He fell in love immediately. He loved the intention part of class and moving your body with your breath was beyond freeing not just for his body, but mind and soul. As Bradley deepened his practice he realized that the true magic that yoga has to offer really heightens when you take your intention off your mat and apply it into your life. Taking a big step forward Bradley decided to do a teacher training in less than three months of his first class in LA. And since then the journey has been nothing more than liberating. His favorite quote “Movement is medicine no matter how fast or slow you move.”

Karen Pascual

I was first introduced to yoga in college, but didn’t get involved and more consistent in my practice until 2012. I was going through a transition period in my life and found yoga to be my salvation, I was going every day consistently when the studio I was attending was having their first yoga training, in which I completed my 200hr RYT through Yoga Alliance. From there I gained a ybarre and basic mat pilates certification and have been teaching these styles along with Vinyasa base yoga since. What you can expect in my class is emphasis on alignment, lots of high energy, and embracing that fire within! I fell in love with yoga because of how versatile it can be, and especially the incorporation of a mental, physical, and spiritual practice. Whether young, old, injured, unfamiliar or advanced- yoga addresses a variety of aspects one may be seeking for. Yoga takes you as you are, whole heartedly, and teaches the yogi to do the same. I want my students to have fun in my class, whatever level they may be, to explore their potential and progress past their limits. When incorporating barre/scuplt movements, there is an added high pace ambiance for those looking to condition themselves further by building strength and endurance. Let’s breathe, smile, and sweat!

Marie Kazadi

What about me? I am me. I am a passionate individual with undertones of adventure. I teach fitness, yo! My whole life has been a collection of events that have shaped me into the person I am today, without which I would not recognize the strength and wisdom that I already posses. The statistics of my career in fitness started with getting certified to teach yoga in the summer of 2011. Since then I have received 2 more yoga certifications, trained in shadow boxing technique and bag work, designed my own Bootcamps, and have also led other students into teaching! I am also a personal trainer and a successful leader of group fitness classes with an emphasis on empowerment, alignment, and good energy.

My current adventure is studying Kinesiology at A.T. Still University to increase my knowledge as a fitness professional! My mission being, to encourage a lifestyle of aligned thinking and doing to a diverse clientele to change the mindset and bodies of those who wish to optimize their lives through leadership, continued education, and support in a safe and welcoming environment. This will be achieved within the confines of integrity and the standards set forth by the field of Kinesiology.

Soha Panah

I grew up Orange County, California and at a very young age I found
myself loving movement and exercise. I was enrolled in every type of
activity and loved it. After undergoing scoliosis surgery, I turned to
dance because it was one of the few activities I was "allowed" to do.
After putting on my first pair of jazz shoes it was love at first
pirouette. I loved the energy, the music and the release I was able
to feel after every rehearsal. I was lucky enough to dance
competitively on a team for 5 years. I went on to teach Turbo Kickboxing (think high energy choreography) which allowed me to feel a release that I missed so much.

Now, I teach Yoga barre, Yoga Sculpt and Power 1 Yoga.
All very different, but all of which I love. Each practice brings out a different intensity and release. I received my 200 hour RYT certification with Hot 8 Yoga, being one of the best experience to date.

In my classes, we aspire to inspire each other. We inhale strength as we exhale fear.
We commit. We Show Up. We push each other to find strength. To go beyond our normal limitations. I am a sucker for energy and I love to inspire people to push
themselves to a limit they do not think they can overcome. I promise
to bring the intensity, love and energy that will keep you coming
back for more. 110% ;)

Anna Schwaber

Anna Bek is a yogi, DJ, and storyteller with a nomadic spirit who believes in cultivating positive habits to turn routine into ritual. She helps bring people back into their natural rhythms through sacred movement, ancient philosophies, self-care, and sound. Her soundscapes both motivate the movement and help realign specific chakra points. Each session with her is tuned to a unique rhythm and intended to connect like-minded beings to elevate consciousness and inspire change.

She received her 200 hour YTT in 2010 at Montezuma Yoga in Costa Rica with Angela Boltz and Dagmar Spremberg. Through Hot 8 Yoga, she was certified in Yoga Barre in 2013 with Nancy Norby and Yin Yoga in 2016 with Rebekah Rivera. In May of 2018, she completed her 300 hour YTT with the Kula Collective in Bali.

Judy Lee

Judy started her yoga practice in 2010 as a way to stretch and complement her fitness routines. It wasn't until in 2013, when she first took her hot yoga class, that yoga became more than a just a "workout". She fell in love with how the heat allowed her to meditate deeper into the poses and silence her lower mind - something she never experienced elsewhere. Since then, she's cultivated a desire to delve deeper into yoga, which ultimately led her to complete the 200 YTT certification. She loves leading an energetic and challenging class. She invites you to come to her class with no expectations - you might surprise yourself as to what your body can achieve!

Her second passion besides yoga is being a proud dog parent. Currently, she lives by Mick Jagger's quote: "anything worth doing is worth over doing": because life is too short to not fully enjoy every moment.

Rachael Bell

One of Rachael's favorite aspects of life, is the opportunity to encourage, impact, and uplift others. Through teaching Yoga, she's found a creative space to plant seeds of kindness, while offering a practice that brings health on a physical and mental level. Her current mantra is "Contrary to popular belief, yoga isn't only about flexibility. Come as you are, and let's play!".

Carli Kline

Native to Sunny Southern California, Carli grew up living an active lifestyle. It wasn’t long before she developed a love for yoga sculpt. Carli started teaching Yoga Sculpt 2 years ago and has been practicing for 5 year. As yoga transformed her life, she wanted to inspire others with its gift. Yoga’s teachings have brought connection between mind and body awareness, peace of mind, and the feeling of being grounded into her life. Always open to growing and connecting, Carli continues to inspire, be inspired by her students and practice.
This breath to movement class that combines free weights with yoga and cardio to increase stamina and strength. Sculpt is a total body workout designed to sculpt and define every major muscle group. This class is high energy with upbeat music. 🔥 🔥 🔥
