Growing up in Los Angeles, Lindsey developed a passion for fitness from a young age. As a child, she played soccer, lacrosse, ballet, swimming, gymnastics, and rode horses. Once in high school, Lindsey sought out a new form of exercise. She started practising hot yoga four years ago and immediately fell in love with the practice. Being able to hit the mat every day not only improved her physical shape, strengthening her previously injured areas, but she saw a drastic increase in her happiness, calmness, and drive. Inspired by Nancy Norby and her committed practice, Lindsey was certified in Nancy's training as a Yoga Barre Teacher in August 2016. As a teacher, Lindsey plans to continue her practice of yoga and share this grounding sense of serenity and wellness with her students.
