Staff instructs the following:
  • Yoga Sculpt
  • This high-intensity, vinyasa-style flow class incorporates small hand weights and cardio to burn fat and build lean muscle mass. This power-up session builds strength, stamina, and flexibility. Free weights serve as your own personal adjuster as you move through Sun Salutations in a vinyasa-style class, enabling extra length and depth in each pose. Designed for intermediate levels in a room heated to 100-105 degrees.

  • Yoga Barre
  • Hot Yoga Barre is a dynamic fusion of yoga, body sculpting, barre work, and non-impact cardio designed for developing long and lean muscles. This hour-long class is packed with toning exercise that sculpt the buttocks, abdominals, thighs, and arms. The class is filled with strengthening postures at the barre working legs and abdominals fused with yoga postures on the mat to release and lengthen from the barre work. It will also improve your posture and form a sculpted physique. Hot Yoga Barre is an intermediate level class practice in a room heated to 104-109 degrees.

  • Hot Yin Yoga
  • Hot Yin Yoga is a restorative class designed to release tension and calm the nervous system. With the gentle support of props, students will passively stretch and energize the body’s deep connective tissue. Enjoy the therapeutic benefits of deep relaxation in a heated room of 95-100 degrees.

  • Yoga Sculpt Community Class $8
  • A Vinyasa-style flow class with added free weights for increased muscle endurance. This power up session is designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Free weights serve as your own personal adjuster to deepen your practice. Strength training builds lean muscle mass and boosts metabolism even while resting. Intermediate level class-weights are always optional; temp 104-107

  • Yoga Vibe Community Class $8
  • Yoga Vibe is a class that links breath to movement and beat as we seamlessly practice the postures to soulful sounds. Candles and high volume music set the ambience of the room. The journey concludes with long stretches, deep hip openers and a guided meditation.

  • 30 Day Challenge May 2017
  • 30 Day Challenge in all locations starts May 1st!

    Must do 30 consecutive classes in 30 days at Hot 8 Yoga.
