Hot Yin Yoga Community Class $8
Hot Yin Yoga class taught by our recent graduates.
Static postures with long holds to improve the current state of health to optimal levels. Hot Yin Yoga passively stretches and energizes the deep connective tissues of the body, opens the joints, and restores alignment with the support of props. Beneficial for those recovering from injury or trauma, this class releases tension and calms the nervous system. All levels; temp 100-105
**Must purchase the $8 Community class at the studio. It is not available online.
All who have a 10 class package will need to purchase the $8 class separately from your current package. Those with memberships and yearly contracts, this class will be deducted from your current membership.

Hot Yoga Barre is a dynamic fusion of yoga, body sculpting, barre work, and non-impact cardio designed for developing long and lean muscles. This hour-long class is packed with toning exercise that sculpt the buttocks, abdominals, thighs, and arms. The class is filled with strengthening postures at the barre working legs and abdominals fused with yoga postures on the mat to release and lengthen from the barre work. It will also improve your posture and form a sculpted physique. Hot Yoga Barre is an intermediate level class practice in a room heated to 104-109 degrees.
A Vinyasa-style dynamic flow class, Hot Power Yoga uses breath as the primary link between attentiveness and integration of the mind and body. Hot Power Yoga is an intense practice that will flow you through strengthening postures throughout the entire class. This practice is meant to detoxify the body and burn calories through movement, breath, and heat. Designed for intermediate to advanced levels. Heated to 105-109 degrees.
Hot Power Fusion
This hour-long, shoulder-friendly class focuses on strengthening without chaturangas (high to low push-ups). A balanced mix of both our Hot Yoga and Power Yoga styles, HPF will both restore and revitalize your muscles. It includes standing postures, core work, deep hip openers, and inversions. All levels welcome. Heated to 105-109 degrees.
