  • Join Hot 8 Yoga for our 10 week Hot 8 Yoga Teacher Training led by Rebekah Rivera, Briana DeFalco and Rae Brauer!
     
    Our experienced trainers offer a sacred space for you to embody the ancient teachings of yoga and facilitate self-transformation in a fun, caring and supportive environment. Whether you aspire to teach, are an experienced teacher or simply want to deepen your practice, this training will empower you. Our training is about learning through experience to become an effective teacher. The Hot 8 Teacher Training will give you tools to apply on and off the yoga mat! In this 200 hour Teacher Training you will learn the foundational postures for a power vinyasa-style class. It is an intensified whole body strengthening practice that includes Sun Salutations, standing postures, arm balances, core strengthening, backbends, hip openers, inversions and restorative postures. We will explore Yoga Philosophy, Ayurveda, Meditation and Sanskrit. Through this practice you will develop strength, flexibility and balance with a sense of well-being, clarity, and peace of mind. We will give you the tools in the business of yoga and how to apply the principles of yoga to your daily life.

     

     

    Hot 8 Yoga is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance and meets the Yoga Alliance training standards for a 200 hour training. All graduates of a RYS are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).

     

    Wednesdays 8:00 pm-10:00 pm, Saturdays 11:00 am-6:00 pm and Sundays 11:00 am-5:00 pm.

    Training cost $3,200 ($500 non-refundable deposit) -Payment plans available upon request.

  • Power 1
  • This foundational class connects breath to movement (vinyasa) and focuses on proper alignment to set students up for success in all styles offered at Hot 8 Yoga. The temperature is set at a lower level to help acclimate students to the heat. Power 1 is an excellent full body strengthening class for both new and experienced students to learn any necessary modifications to improve their practice.

  • Yin
  • This slow-moving class targets connective tissue through seated and lying postures held for long periods of time with the use of blocks and straps. Yin compliments the more active classes offered at Hot 8 Yoga by increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This practice is perfect for all levels and those recovering from injury.


  • Power Community Class $8
  • This intermediate vinyasa-style class guides students through more advanced postures and creative sequencing. Power links breath to movement and may include arm-balances, inversions and twists to stretch and strengthen the body. Accompanied by music.

  • Yin Community Class $8

  • Hot Power Fusion Community Class $8
  • Hot Power Fusion $8 Community class taught by our recent graduates!

    This shoulder friendly distinctive class is a combination of Hot Yoga and Power Yoga without the Chaturangas. Hot Power Fusion blends the therapeutic benefits of Hot Yoga and strengthening aspects of Power that is accessible for all levels; temp 105-109

  • Sculpt
  • This breath to movement class that combines free weights with yoga and cardio to increase stamina and strength. Sculpt is a total body workout designed to sculpt and define every major muscle group. This class is high energy with upbeat music.

  • Invigor8 Meditation
  • New to meditation? This is the perfect place to start. Become more relaxed, efficient, and compassionate in just 15 minutes. This silent practice is conducted in a group setting for a more powerful experience of deepening your collective awareness.

  • 26 & 2
  • This 90 minute set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Class is composed of a standing series followed by a floor series where each posture is done twice. Through discipline and structure, 26 & 2 allows students to gain strength, flexibility and balance. Conducted without music, 26 & 2 assists in developing the concentration needed for meditation and proper alignment.

  • Sculpt Community Class $8
  • A Vinyasa-style flow class with added free weights for increased muscle endurance. This power up session is designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Free weights serve as your own personal adjuster to deepen your practice. Strength training builds lean muscle mass and boosts metabolism even while resting.
