Marxel’s edge as a Yoga instructor is his ingenious fusion of multiple fitness techniques within a power vinyasa flow. Parlayed with an intense and engaging persona, his class is an addictive experience that although challenging will keep you coming back for more.

And its this, “ addictive experience,” that has given him a diverse following in Los Angeles from professional athletes, dancers, fitness enthusiast and the Hollywood elite.

Born and raised in southern CA Marxel grew up playing several competitive sports. Physical fitness had always been a facet of his life. Educated at an Ivy-League ( Cornell University) Marxel began his journey of being a transcontinental citizen through his NY, LA and European living experiences. His discovery of yoga came during these travels as a mishap...but was a life changing experience. By his completion of college he had already completed a BA, MA and a 500-RYT training. He relocated to Los Angeles to follow is dream and passion for the arts and Yoga soon after.

  • Yoga Sculpt
  • This high-intensity, vinyasa-style flow class incorporates small hand weights and cardio to burn fat and build lean muscle mass. This power-up session builds strength, stamina, and flexibility. Free weights serve as your own personal adjuster as you move through Sun Salutations in a vinyasa-style class, enabling extra length and depth in each pose. Designed for intermediate levels in a room heated to 100-105 degrees.

  • Yoga Barre
  • Hot Yoga Barre is a dynamic fusion of yoga, body sculpting, barre work, and non-impact cardio designed for developing long and lean muscles. This hour-long class is packed with toning exercise that sculpt the buttocks, abdominals, thighs, and arms. The class is filled with strengthening postures at the barre working legs and abdominals fused with yoga postures on the mat to release and lengthen from the barre work. It will also improve your posture and form a sculpted physique. Hot Yoga Barre is an intermediate level class practice in a room heated to 104-109 degrees.
