Growing up with an athletic background, Cooper's first impression of yoga was that it couldn't possibly be challenging enough... And man, was she wrong! After taking her first class, she knew this was something more than just a workout which is what kept her coming back for more. After completing her 200hr RYT in 2013 through CorePower Yoga, Cooper went on to teach various levels of vinyasa style classes for a year throughout the OC region. She is also certified in Yoga Sculpt and is always open to expanding in her knowledge of yoga, spirituality, and the human body. A key element in Cooper's classes is her selection of soulful, groovy music that evokes a powerful vibration amongst her students. Cooper's mission as an instructor is to embody authenticity and create unity by being a conduit of light and love.

This high-intensity, vinyasa-style flow class incorporates small hand weights and cardio to burn fat and build lean muscle mass. This power-up session builds strength, stamina, and flexibility. Free weights serve as your own personal adjuster as you move through Sun Salutations in a vinyasa-style class, enabling extra length and depth in each pose. Designed for intermediate levels in a room heated to 100-105 degrees.
