Cindy has known since a young age that she wanted to inspire others to live a happier, healthier lifestyle. She was first introduced to yoga in high school through dance/cheerleading and quickly saw the benefits of the practice - in 2014 she attended Yoga Teacher Training in Silverlake, California. Cindy teaches yoga to teens through in-school programs around the Los Angeles area. Cindy also became Spinning™ Certified with Madd Dogg in 2015. With a strong fitness background, Yoga Sculpt was an instant passion for Cindy, as it provided her with that extra challenge she craved in her personal practice. Her ultimate goal is to provide you with classes that will help you challenge yourself mentally, physically and spiritually. Her bubbly, outgoing and motivating personality will have you leaving class sweating (and smiling) every time!

This high-intensity, vinyasa-style flow class incorporates small hand weights and cardio to burn fat and build lean muscle mass. This power-up session builds strength, stamina, and flexibility. Free weights serve as your own personal adjuster as you move through Sun Salutations in a vinyasa-style class, enabling extra length and depth in each pose. Designed for intermediate levels in a room heated to 100-105 degrees.
Yoga Vibe Community Class $8
Yoga Vibe is a class that links breath to movement and beat as we seamlessly practice the postures to soulful sounds. Candles and high volume music set the ambience of the room. The journey concludes with long stretches, deep hip openers and a guided meditation.
