Charmaline (Charm) Arvin was born and raised in Singapore where she took her first hot yoga class in
2004. Soon she felt the changes from within and quickly developed a mind body connection simply
through focus and awareness of her breath. After a few years of practice, her self-realization was
powerful and what she noticed and loved most about her yoga practice.
Charm knew then that she truly wanted to teach what she had discovered. In the spring of 2007, she
completed the 500 hrs certification from Bikram Yoga Collage of India. She has been traveling and
passionately teaching yoga since. Now, she is thrilled to call LA her new home.
In class, Charm strives to teach her students proper alignment, breathing techniques and the benefits of
each posture. She always encourages her students to continue with their yoga practice without self
judgment because, as she says, “It’s a journey that nourishes and keeps the mind, body and spirit in

  • Reiki Healing and Sound Bath
  • In this sound bath with reiki healing energy workshop, Gloria and Charm have combined their skills and experience in Reiki, Yoga, and the healing vibration of sound to create a beautifully choreographed healing energy experience that’s great for everyone. Unplug from the machine and bring your mind, body, and spirit into balance with alignment of your chakras, guided meditation, and Reiki healing energy provided by an experienced Reiki master. All you have to do is lie comfortably on your yoga mat and relax in savasana. You also may want to bring a blanket, eye pillows and a pillow. The vibrations from the inspired playing of crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, drums, and a variety of other healing sound instruments with guided meditation will energize every cell in your body which will provide you with a fresh and rejuvenated feeling. The waves of positive and healing Reiki energy intertwined with the cosmic sounds of the instruments are designed to balance your chakras, heal and unblock your entire energy flow which helps you to:  
    Relieve stress and anxiety
    Relax and focus
    Meditate deeper and longer
    Sleep more soundly
    Release emotional wounds
    Escape depression
    Reduce blood pressure

  • Hot Yoga
  • This 90 minute class includes a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Hot Yoga begins with pranayama deep breathing to oxygenate and energize the body. The Hot Yoga series will systematically massage and stimulate every muscle, gland, and organ. Each posture prepares the body for the next, allowing students to gain strength, flexibility, and balance. Hot Yoga is an excellent foundation for learning proper alignment and developing the concentration needed for meditation. Heated to 105-110 degrees.
