Molly is a Los Angeles based personal trainer and yoga instructor. She grew up competing in dance and gymnastics and found a passion for yoga in high school. She is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and uses her personal training background to bring something different to her yoga classes. Her students enjoy her upbeat playlists, challenging flows, and the variety she brings to every class. She is very passionate about exercise and helping her students achieve success. This high-intensity, vinyasa-style flow class incorporates small hand weights and cardio to burn fat and build lean muscle mass. This power-up session builds strength, stamina, and flexibility. Free weights serve as your own personal adjuster as you move through Sun Salutations in a vinyasa-style class, enabling extra length and depth in each pose. Designed for intermediate levels in a room heated to 100-105 degrees.
