Meghan played competitive sports all her life (mainly volleyball), and turned to yoga for injury prevention and flexibility to supplement her training. Quickly she fell in love with her yoga practice and could feel the strong impact her practice had not only on her body, but also how it improved her mental clarity and relieved stress. Yoga is a non-competitive outlet that still provided the mental and physical challenges that she loves to work through. Meghan completed her Yoga Sculpt Teacher certification with Hot 8 Yoga in Manhattan Beach. Meghan's teaching style highlights the fundamentals of athletic strengthening postures while coaching breath to movement in a high energy, fun atmosphere. Meghan's goal is to help facilitate a healthy and fit lifestyle for all students by being challenged and having fun doing it!
