I started my yoga practice primarily for the physical benefits. I completed a 200 hour training in fall of 2015 and began teaching in December of the same year. Since, my practice has evolved to include a deeper relationship with the mind as well as the body. I believe that yoga is a practice of self discovery. By cultivating a closer relationship with ourselves we are better equipped to foster health and happiness in our own lives. As an added benefit we become more connected with those around us since we are fundamentally all quite similar at our core. In my class you can expect energetic music, powerful asanas, and focused meditations. My hope is that you discover a new piece of yourself through your dedicated practice. I am your humble guide and fellow practitioner.
