Jacque (jack-ee) R

Jacqueline has been a student of yoga since 2000 when her mom took her to her first yoga class in San Francisco, California. She knew right away that yoga offered her something she had never felt before, connection to everything!

In November 2009, she quit her job as an Art Director and Designer in Singapore to complete her 200 hour Absolute Hot Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand. She has been teaching, studying and living yoga ever since. Over the next 7 years in Singapore she went on to complete 200+ hours in Anusara Immersions with Patrick Creelman, Amy Ippoliti and Ross Rayburn. After giving birth to her son in 2012 she completed 100 hours certification in Mindful Birth for Pregnancy, Birth & Baby. Her playful and adventurous spirit also helped introduce her to the Dharma Yoga Wheel. She completed the Dharma Yoga Wheel Training with the founders Dov and Raquel and loves to work with her private clients on the wheel.

Through her own self-practice and meditation, she has come to realize that you can channel your deepest life intentions while also enjoying your life. "Take our practice serious, but not ourselves!"

Her classes are alignment and breath based, focusing on what the innate intelligence of the body can teach each student. Jacque has the ability to recognize that no student is the same and helps her students find joy and ease in what might otherwise seem like a very difficult situation. In addition to her regular classes, she also offers private yoga lessons, special community events, and leads workshops and retreats, where she can share and connect more with students of yoga.

  • Hot Power Fusion
  • This hour-long, shoulder-friendly class focuses on strengthening without chaturangas (high to low push-ups). A balanced mix of both our Hot Yoga and Power Yoga styles, HPF will both restore and revitalize your muscles. It includes standing postures, core work, deep hip openers, and inversions. All levels welcome. Heated to 105-109 degrees.

  • Hot Yoga
  • This 90 minute class includes a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Hot Yoga begins with pranayama deep breathing to oxygenate and energize the body. The Hot Yoga series will systematically massage and stimulate every muscle, gland, and organ. Each posture prepares the body for the next, allowing students to gain strength, flexibility, and balance. Hot Yoga is an excellent foundation for learning proper alignment and developing the concentration needed for meditation. Heated to 105-110 degrees.

  • Hot Power Fusion Community Class $8

    This shoulder friendly distinctive class is a combination of Hot Yoga and Power Yoga without the Chaturangas. Hot Power Fusion blends the therapeutic benefits of Hot Yoga and strengthening aspects of Power that is accessible for all levels; temp 105-109

    All who have a 10 class package will need to purchase the $8 class separately from your current package.

    Those with memberships and yearly contracts, this class will be deducted from your current membership. It is included in your membership.


  • Invigor8 Meditation
  • INVIGOR8 MEDITATION will ease you into your day with this energizing 15 minute practice. Dhyana (Meditation) is the 7th limb or step of yoga, from the 8 Limbs of Yoga, where Hot 8 Yoga gets its name. Meditation helps deepen your awareness and helps you start assisting in positive thinking patterns so that you leave class refreshed for the rest of your day. All levels welcome. Low heat. $8 per class, included in all memberships.
