Daniele M

Daniele was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, where her passion for the arts was evident from a young age. She moved to the United States to study Fine Arts at USC, where she graduated in 2013 and has since worked in motion picture creative advertising. She discovered yoga in 2011 and immediately noticed its positive impact on her life. Her confidence, physical strength and energy levels soared. Her passion for yoga grew so strong that she was compelled to share her experience with others. Taking on a dramatic new focus in her life, Daniele achieved certification in Yoga Sculpt through Hot 8 Yoga. She shares her teaching philosophy: “Nurturing my students through a holistic approach, I aim to help them make new connections that invigorate the soul and bring meaning to their daily lives.”

  • Yoga Barre
  • This class is a dynamic fusion of barre work, light weights, non-impact cardio and yoga designed for developing long and lean muscles. By activating small muscles groups this class provides cross training and aids in injury prevention and recovery. Yoga Barre is a high energy class and is excellent for anyone looking to tone legs, booty, core, and arms to upbeat music.

  • Invigor8 Meditation
  • New to meditation? This is the perfect place to start. Become more relaxed, efficient, and compassionate in just 15 minutes. This silent practice is conducted in a group setting for a more powerful experience of deepening your collective awareness.

  • Sculpt
  • This breath to movement class that combines free weights with yoga and cardio to increase stamina and strength. Sculpt is a total body workout designed to sculpt and define every major muscle group. This class is high energy with upbeat music.

  • Invigor8 Meditation Monday!
  • Meditation Monday- the first Monday of every month. Come take an INVIGOR8 class and get a complimentary class on us!!
