Bryan’s vinyasa classes allow students to explore their body and breath through smart sequencing and precise, yet practical technical instruction. His goal is to help students create space and strength in their unique body, no matter what their age, ability or physical condition. You will leave his classes feeling balanced and renewed.
As a full time teacher and student, Bryan has learned from some of the greatest teachers in the world including Maty Ezraty, Lisa Walford, Chuck Miller and Carrie Owerko. Bryan holds additional certifications in Yin Yoga (YogaWise), Personal Training and Group Fitness Instruction (American Council on Exercise). He’s actively involved in yoga curriculum and has assisted several successful teacher trainings.
In addition to yoga, Bryan is a graduate of UCLA and a multimedia producer & host with over 18 years of professional experience. He’s also traveled extensively around the world and immersed himself in many cultures near and far. These experiences have contributed to his unique way of instructing and connecting with people.
