Kenny Harlow, a Seattle native, has been teaching and dancing professionally for close to 20 years. After years of high-impact tricks and flips introduced him to back surgery, a newfound interest in longevity and whole body wellness led him on the path to yoga. From new student, to regular practitioner, to teacher, Kenny’s journey has allowed him to continue performing and pushing his physical boundaries in dance, circus and fitness while also finding new depths of insight from the mental and spiritual side of this practice. Kenny completed his 200 hour Hot Power Fusion teacher training with Hot 8 Yoga

Hot Power Fusion
This set series is an hour-long, shoulder and wrist-friendly class without chaturangas (high to low push-ups) that combines the 26 & 2 and Power Yoga styles. Hot Power Fusion includes balancing, core work, hip openers and inversions accompanied by music, encouraging mindful focus and detoxification.
