When i look at my yoga mat, i see it as a magic carpet . I can fly, fall, twist and turn with less judgement and more wonder.

There are certain postures where i feel like I’m swimming in the Pacific or floating in space among the expanding stars. Its wild.

I am interested in Global Positioning System that is our own mind, body, and breath. I am fascinated with the technology that comes standard with being alive and awake.

Teaching others how to find a center line, practice their balance, and allow vibrations of healing through stillness is what fuels me to expect it within myself.

Greg W instructs the following:
  • 26 & 2
  • This 90 minute set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Class is composed of a standing series followed by a floor series where each posture is done twice. Through discipline and structure, 26 & 2 allows students to gain strength, flexibility and balance. Conducted without music, 26 & 2 assists in developing the concentration needed for meditation and proper alignment.
