Movement has always been a liberating experience for me. In my youth, movement fed my soul through dance where I traveled the US studying as many forms of movement as I could from some of the best teachers and choreographers in the country. As an adult, yoga found me when I lost time for myself and life became too hectic. Yoga is the most therapeutic form of movement for my mind, body and soul and it’s my favorite part of the day.

In 2018, I completed my 200 hr RYT training with Hot 8 Yoga under the guidance of Francesca Asumah. Now I split my time between my full-time job as a communications executive in the entertainment industry and teaching yoga. Having the ability to feed my soul by sharing yoga with others is an incredible gift and I’m so grateful for the opportunity.



Sheana K instructs the following:
  • 26 & 2
  • This 90 minute set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Class is composed of a standing series followed by a floor series where each posture is done twice. Through discipline and structure, 26 & 2 allows students to gain strength, flexibility and balance. Conducted without music, 26 & 2 assists in developing the concentration needed for meditation and proper alignment.
