Hunter H

From Honolulu, Hawaii, Hunter grew up playing competitive athletics. He received a partial scholarship to play division 1 volleyball at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and continued to play competitively afterwards. What Hunter loved about competitive athletics was that it gave him the ability to escape the 'mind stuff' he tended to put himself through on the day to day. Hunter describes this feeling as "athletic samadhi" where nothing existed outside of being in that moment, in that time, in between the lines of the court. Eventually losing interest in the competitive side of athletics, Hunter yearned to find a practice that was both meditative and athletic that would allow him to reach that mind space once more. He found that mind space after taking a 26-2 hot yoga class taught by Fracesca Asuma at Hot 8 Yoga in Beverly Hills. Not only was he physically and mentally challenged by the practice, he was jolted spiritually as well. From that point on, Hunter's yoga journey began. With 200 hours of teacher training certification through Hot 8 Yoga in both 26-2 (Francesca Asuma) and Hot Power Fusion (Deanna Ainsworth), Hunter is passionate about sharing Yoga with anyone who wants to practice with him.   • 26 & 2 Community Class $8
  • This 90 minute set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Class is composed of a standing series followed by a floor series where each posture is done twice. Through discipline and structure, 26 & 2 allows students to gain strength, flexibility and balance. Conducted without music, 26 & 2 assists in developing the concentration needed for meditation and proper alignment.

  • Hot Power Fusion Community Class $8
  • Hot Power Fusion $8 Community class taught by our recent graduates!

    This shoulder friendly distinctive class is a combination of Hot Yoga and Power Yoga without the Chaturangas. Hot Power Fusion blends the therapeutic benefits of Hot Yoga and strengthening aspects of Power that is accessible for all levels; temp 105-109

    All who have a 10 class package will need to purchase the $8 class separately from your current package.

    Those with memberships and yearly contracts, this class will be deducted from your current membership. It is included in your membership.


  • Invigor8 Meditation
  • New to meditation? This is the perfect place to start. Become more relaxed, efficient, and compassionate in just 15 minutes. This silent practice is conducted in a group setting for a more powerful experience of deepening your collective awareness.

  • 26 & 2

  • This set series is an hour-long, shoulder and wrist-friendly class without chaturangas (high to low push-ups) that combines the 26 & 2 and Power Yoga styles. Hot Power Fusion includes balancing, core work, hip openers and inversions accompanied by music, encouraging mindful focus and detoxification.
