T-Bob is a playful, adaptive, and approachable yoga teacher who seamlessly weaves anatomy and philosophy into his soothing yet invigorating classes, while empowering his students to take what they learn with them off the mat. He's been practicing yoga for 20+ years, is an RYT 200 yoga teacher, and does lots of those crazy arm balances you’ve seen on Instagram – not that you need to be impressed by any of that: It’s just yoga!

For over a decade as a dancer, T-Bob performed with a handful of Los Angeles-based dance companies, choreographed and danced in live stage shows in Boston and Los Angeles, and even danced in a couple music videos. From this background, T-Bob came to teaching yoga with a keen awareness of how the body works and loves playing with all types of movement and all kinds of people.

T-Bob earned his certification at SoulPlay Yoga in Culver City under the keen instruction of studio owner Nathania Stambouli and previous owner Cheryl Moss. He's taught corporate yoga to offices around LA, private yoga to individuals around the country (thanks Skype!), and has a YouTube channel, "Yoga With T-Bob," offering yoga videos you can do in the comfort of your home.

  • This intermediate vinyasa-style class guides students through more advanced postures and creative sequencing. Power links breath to movement and may include arm-balances, inversions and twists to stretch and strengthen the body. Accompanied by music.
