This 90 minute class includes a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Hot Yoga begins with pranayama deep breathing to oxygenate and energize the body. The Hot Yoga series will systematically massage and stimulate every muscle, gland, and organ. Each posture prepares the body for the next, allowing students to gain strength, flexibility, and balance. Hot Yoga is an excellent foundation for learning proper alignment and developing the concentration needed for meditation. Heated to 105-110 degrees.

This heated Vinyasa-style dynamic flow class designed for beginners features a set sequence. Pairing breath with movement, Power 1 is meant to help integrate the mind/body connection. It is a whole body strengthening practice that includes Sun Salutations, standing postures, simple arm balances, core strengthening, backbends, hip-openers, basic inversions, and restorative postures. Power 1 is an excellent class for both new and experienced students to learn proper yoga alignment and any necessary modifications. Heated to 100-105 degrees.
Yoga Vibe is a class that links music to movement and breath as we seamlessly practice the postures to soulful sounds. Candles and high volume music set the ambiance of the room. The journey concludes with long stretches, deep hip openers and a guided meditation. Expect less alignment cues to help you remain centered and in your practice. All levels welcome. Yoga Barre is a dynamic fusion of yoga, body sculpting, barre work, and non-impact cardio designed for developing long and lean muscles. This hour-long class is packed with exercises that sculpt the buttocks, abdominals, thighs, and arms. The class is filled with strengthening postures at the barre, working legs and abdominals, fused with yoga postures on the mat to release and lengthen from the barre work. Meditation helps deepen your awareness and helps you start assisting in positive thinking patterns so that you leave class refreshed for the rest of your day. Hot 8 Extreme is a fusion of resistance training, high intensity aerobics, vinyasa movements and stretching. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. The time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise. The yoga helps to calm the mind and body as well as create flexibility with strength. This class is heated. No shoes, grip or toe socks recommended but not required.
