Hot 8 Yoga has created introductory level classes for our new and aspiring yogis. If you have never taken a yoga class before, or you’re just not used to the heat, our introductory classes are both accessible and challenging. We have created an encouraging environment in which all levels and abilities can practice. Our introductory classes provide a slower paced program with more description and commentary accompanying each asana or posture.
Our Intro to Power Yoga (P1), and Intro to Hot Power Fusion (HPF1) classes combine physical activity with breath to reduce stress, control weight, relieve lower back pain and enhance focus all while moving at your own pace. Our Introductory Level Classes will set you up for success and ensure you will enjoy yoga and other physical activities for years to come.
