This 90 minute class of 26 static postures systematically works every muscle, gland, and organ in the body. Hot Yoga is an excellent foundation to learn proper alignment and develop strength, flexibility, balance and concentration. All levels. 90 minutes; temp 105-109
Hot Yoga 1 Hour
Foundational class of 26 static postures balancing every system of the body with 2 sets of the standing series and 1 set of the floor series. Beginner to intermediate levels; temp 105-109
Hot Power Fusion
This shoulder friendly distinctive class is a combination of Hot Yoga and Power Yoga without the Chaturangas. Hot Power Fusion blends the therapeutic benefits of Hot Yoga and strengthening aspects of Power that is accessible for all levels; temp 105-109
Hot Power Fusion 1
This shoulder friendly distinctive class is a combination of Hot Yoga and Power Yoga without the Chaturangas. Hot Power Fusion 1 offers modifications with less heat. Beginner to intermediate levels; temp 100-105.
Hot Power Yoga
A Vinyasa-style dynamic flow class, which uses breath to movement to integrate the mind/body connection. This intensified practice builds strength through Sun Salutations, standing postures, arm balances, core strengthening and includes backbends, hip openers, as well as inversions. Designed for intermediate to advanced levels; temp 104-108
Hot Power Yoga 1
A Vinyasa-style flow class designed for beginners to learn proper alignment and breath. It is a whole body strengthening practice that includes Sun Salutations, standing postures, simple arm balances, core strengthening, backbends, hip openers, and basic inversions. This class is excellent for those new to yoga as well as those with injuries to learn modifications; temp 100-105
A Vinyasa-style flow class with added free weights for increased muscle endurance. This power up session is designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Free weights serve as your own personal adjuster to deepen your practice. Strength training builds lean muscle mass and boosts metabolism even while resting. Intermediate level class-weights are always optional; temp 104-107
A dynamic fusion of yoga, body sculpting, barre work, and non-impact cardio that will get you long and lean. Yoga Barre is inspired by the revolutionary exercise routine developed in London by the world-famous modern dancer, Lotte Berk and her orthopedist. This class is a cardiovascular program of isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches designed to improve your posture and form a sculpted physique. Intermediate level class; temp 104-109
Hot Yin Yoga
Static postures with long holds to improve the current state of health to optimal levels. Hot Yin Yoga passively stretches and energizes the deep connective tissues of the body, opens the joints, and restores alignment with the support of props. Beneficial for those recovering from injury or trauma, this class releases tension and calms the nervous system. All levels; temp 100-105
Meditation is a means of transforming the mind through techniques that develop concentration. This mindfulness practice reveals the patterns and habits of the mind which gives insight to more positive ways of being. We will explore different objects of meditation i.e. breath, mantra, physical sensation and sound. This 30 minute practice includes guided meditation and silence in a seated position.
Meditation reduces stress and anxiety, improves memory, focus, creativity, positive emotions and is beneficial with pain management.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a meditation cushion or blanket to sit on. This is a 30 minute non-heated donation class.
The active breathing meditation assists energy to flow and opens the body. The breath work is very powerful and it brings rapid transformation which enhances your intuition and creative expression. This process also aids in opening up the energy centers of the body, releases stress, alkalizes the body and heals the nervous system.
Wear comfortable clothing. This is a 75 minute non-heated class. Bring a yoga mat and eye pillow if you have one.
Pre/Post Natal Yoga
Sequences offered are practical, accessible and effective practices to support strong, safe, balanced growth for women throughout all stages of pregnancy. This class is non-heated.
Hot 8 Move
Hot 8 Move is a movement based vinyasa practice in which sequences are seamlessly linked to music to create a choreographed flow. The intention for Hot 8 Move is to create a community of practitioners seeking conscience elevation, movement, meditation, and an opportunity to surrender to the body’s natural intuition and movement.
