Hot Yoga (HY)
This series is for all levels. Hot Yoga begins with pranayama breathing (breath control) to oxygenate and energize the body, which systematically works every muscle, gland, and organ flushing all the anatomical systems. Each of the postures in this set sequence prepares the body for the next, allowing the students to gain strength, flexibility, and balance. Hot Yoga is an excellent foundation to learn proper alignment and develop concentration (the first key to meditation) that assists in all other styles of yoga. Common attributes of practicing Hot Yoga are a sense of balance and well being to your mind, body and spirit-relaxed and energized!

Hot Power Fusion (HPF)

This class combines the finest attributes of both disciplines. This 60 minutes class is designed to be fun while strengthening the upper body and core, deep hip openers and inversions. It is our intention for this class to be as restorative as Hot Yoga and as challenging and energizing as Power Yoga without the repetitive chattarungas, this making it shoulder friendly.

Hot 8 Power Yoga (PY)

Strength training is great to build lean muscle mass and will have greater long term impact on your metabolism even while resting. Hot 8 Sculpt is an intermediate level class practiced in a room heated from 90 -95 degrees.

Hot 8 Yoga Barre (YB)
Inspired by the revolutionary exercise routine developed in London by the world-famous ballerina, Lotte Berk and her orthopedist, Hot 8 Barre is a dynamic fusion of ballet, yoga, body sculpting, and cardio that will get you long and lean. The class is filled with ballet moves working on the barre that challenge both balance and flexibility and works legs intensely. You then work on the mat with yoga postures and stretching which will feel great. This class is a cardiovascular program of isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches. Yoga Barre will tone your buttocks, abdominals, thighs, and arms. You will also improve your posture and form a sculpted physique. With the use of your own body weight for resistance and through dynamic exercises the muscles are targeted and overloaded to the point of fatigue, then stretched through our yoga series for release. Hot 8 Barre is an intermediate level class practiced in a room heated from 90 -95 degrees.

Hot Yin Yoga (YY)
