Why We Do 30 Days of Yoga!

  • Our goal is to practice some form of Yoga everyday, whether its meditation, breath work, or the physical asana practice.  By committing to 30 days of Yoga we are committing to our practice and ourselves.
    • We do 30 days of yoga to help connect with our breath
    • We do 30 days of yoga to make a commit to our health, both physical and mental
    • We do 30 days of yoga for yoga community
    • We do 30 days of yoga because it’s a challenge
    • We do 30 days of yoga because its fun
    • We do 30 days of yoga to form a healthy habit
