This breath to movement class combines free weights with yoga and cardio to increase stamina and strength. Sculpt is a total body workout designed to sculpt and define every major muscle group. This class is high energy with upbeat music.

This intermediate vinyasa-style class guides students through more advanced postures and creative sequencing. Power links breath to movement and may include arm-balances, inversions and twists to stretch and strengthen the body.

This set series is an hour-long, shoulder and wrist-friendly class without chaturangas (high to low push-ups) that combines the 26 & 2 and Power Yoga styles. Hot Power Fusion includes balancing, core work, hip openers and inversions accompanied by music, encouraging mindful focus and detoxification.

This 90 minute set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises is composed of a standing series followed by a floor series where each posture is done twice, conducted without music. Through discipline and structure, 26 & 2 allows students to gain strength, flexibility, proper alignment and balance, and develop concentration for meditation.

This slow-moving class targets connective tissue through seated and lying postures held for long periods of time with the use of blocks and straps. Yin compliments more active classes by increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This practice is perfect for all levels and those recovering from injury.
